A. That the Ku-ring-gai Local Planning Panel, as the consent authority, having undertaken a review of the application in accordance with Section 8.2 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979, is satisfied that the reasons for the refusal of DA0530/17 have been satisfactorily addressed. B. That the Ku-ring-gai Local Planning Panel, being satisfied that the proposed development will be in the public interest grant development consent to DA0530/17 for a change of use from a dwelling to an educational establishment at 10 Billyard Avenue, Wahroonga, subject to conditions as per the Section 8.2 Review of Determination Assessment Report (Attachment A1).
